Register your account. Sign up on the myTakaful Customer portal: this is where you check your details, manage your plan, and download your documents.
Download your app. Get the Takaful Malaysia app (Google Play · App Store) to view your e-medical card and plan info.
Check your details & download your e-certificate. In the portal/app, confirm your full name, IC number, date of birth and nominee are correct, then download your e-certificate and share a copy with your family or next of kin. If anything’s wrong, message me and we’ll fix it.
Save your e-medical card on your phone. Show it at a panel hospital’s registration counter for cashless admission.
Hospital admission & Guarantee Letters (GL) are handled by MiCare. For cashless admission, contact MiCare at 1800 88 7940 (or email callcenter@micaresvc.com). Download the MiCare app to track your GL & admission status.
Find a panel hospital. Check the panel list and choose MiCare as the provider. At a non-panel hospital, pay first then claim reimbursement from Takaful Malaysia.
Important: make sure your full name, IC number and nominee are exactly correct. Wrong details can delay or affect your claim. Spot anything off? Message me right away and we’ll fix it.
